I had been shopping around for the perfect engagement ring for months based on certain criteria that my girlfriend and I wanted but I just couldn’t find what I was looking for. Keren at Shaftel Diamonds was attentive to our needs and she went the extra mile to have the ring custom made from the picture that I had seen online at another Diamond Jewelry Retail Store. 

Keren explained not only the process that it would take to make the ring, the clarity type that I had selected vs. other diamonds, and kept me informed throughout the entire process of when the ring would be ready.
